چکیده

The plant cell wall is dynamically modified during host–pathogen interactions and acts as a crucial factor controlling immunity. In the context of recently revised models primary walls (PCWs), pectin considered to be important in determining mechanical properties PCWs. A secondary present some types lignin normally strengthen rigidity. this review, we summarize recent advances understanding cell-wall-mediated defense responses against pathogens Brassica napus L. (B. napus). major part response involves lignin, these two components contribute greatly immune B. napus. Crosstalk between metabolism has been detected upon pathogen infection, suggesting synergistic action regulating integrity well wall-mediated transcriptional regulation immunity along with that Arabidopsis discussed, directions for future work are proposed better
